Before we look at the 18 signs and symptoms of low testosterone, it’s worth looking at what testosterone is.

And if you have a chance, it’s worth reading up on the herbs that increase testosterone too. 

If you were unsure of how important testosterone is, just remember one thing.

It really is that simple.

But, what exactly are optimal levels of testosterone?

Well – the question isn’t that straightforward to answer.

But, recent researchhas shown that the normal range of testosterone in men is between 280 to 1,100 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL).

So, if you’ve ever had your testosterone levels tested or thinking about it, these are the numbers to be aware of.

How To Naturally Increase Testosterone Levels.

When it comes to naturally increasing testosterone, there are three main areas to address.

And while this may seem like a lot to take in right now – the best advice I can give is to start with one area you know you are committed to improving first..

..before trying to do it all.

Eating a range of foods that boost testosterone and spices is a great idea and so too would be to consider eating herbs that increase testosterone

In fact – pick one of the three areas to address first.

Lifestyle

Some lifestyle choices can directly affect how much “active” testosterone is produced each day.

Let’s look at sleep as an example.

A lack of sleep, say less than 6 hours will have a negative impact on how much testosterone is produced the following day.

As your body is resting and recovering during your sleep, so too is your ability to produce testosterone.

Guys who work night shifts are most likely to experience this from a lack quality sleep.

The best advice to get a good night’s sleep would be to make your bedroom as dark as you can. This way it’s easier to fall asleep in.

And, if you wake during your sleep, it will be easier to fall back asleep again.

Diet

What you decide to eat (or not eat) each day has a massive impact on your testosterone levels.

This also includes spices and herbs that increase testosterone too.

Studies have shown that men who have lack of monounsaturated fat, and saturated fat in their diets…

…have a far lower level of testosterone than men who eat these types of fats.

And on the other end of the scale…

…men who have a diet that has too many sugars and refined carbohydrates will have lower levels of testosterone.

This is why it’s super important to eat foods that boost testosterone while completely avoiding foods that kill testosterone. 

Do This As Soon As Possible

Some tips here to address the diet aspect would be to remove sugary foods and drinks right away.

The other advice would be to includes foods such as real butter and avocados into your diet as well as other foods that boost testosterone

Mind

When we talk about mind in the context of optimal levels of testosterone, we are specially talking about stress.

The more stressed you are the less testosterone you’ll produce. Not many guys know about this – but now you do.

And unfortunately, there only ever one winner…

..cortisol.

There are many types of ways to de-stress, but a personal favourite of mine is to walk.

This will relax you mind, relax your body and decrease the amount of cortisol in your body.
